Creative Design & Engineering was established in 2002 to provide design and engineering services in the field of architecture. CDE provides full service from conceptual design through to permit and construction ready drawings. This includes all drawings required for a building permit, structural engineering, HVAC design, plumbing design, and site plans. We have developed projects of all sizes from garages and boathouse to 10,000 ft² cottages and small commercial buildings.
